Venn Group’s South West Housing Recruitment Team are recruiting on behalf of an amazing Charity in Bristol who are looking for a Community Partnership Manager to join them permanently.
Day to day responsibilities:
- As the Community Partnerships Manager you will work as a key member of the Community and Wellbeing Services
- You will be responsible for the Crisis Safe Spaces, Mental Health Community Development Project and two Peer Suicide Prevention Workers
- You will work as part of a wider Somerset team of Team and Community Managers, Crisis Workers and Peer Recovery and Wellbeing Workers
- You will also work alongside colleagues in our partner organisations
- Contribute to the development of the team and the delivery of excellent services
Essential Requirements:
- Substantial managerial and partnership experience
- A commitment to offering high quality support to people experiencing emotional distress, crisis, and suicidal thoughts
- Good knowledge of the support needs of people with mental health issues and experience in managing teams
- An excellent communicator
