Personal Assistant
Venn Group is currently working with a reputable NHS trust based in Central London who are looking for a PA to support 2 directors within their executive team
Rate: Band 4 £27,157- £29,859
Hours: Mon – Fri, 9 to 5
Location: Central London (flexible working)
To work as part of the Management Support Team undertaking administrative and secretariat support as directed
Duties and responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the diary of a Clinical Group Director/s by by ensuring there are no clashes, prioritising appointments appropriately and the Group Directors are able to utilise their time effectively
- Ensure that all meeting papers and relevant information are collated prior to the meeting, clearly available in the diary and stored on the relevant area of the shared drive
- Organise and co-ordinate relevant meetings, workshops and events requiring effective and detailed planning and organising, analysing and making judgements in respect of suitable venues
- Ensure collation of reports & papers are received within time, and are shared ahead of the meeting
- Follow up agreed actions with owners as appropriate
- Ensure correct documentation and filing for senior level committees
The successful candidate must:
- Be organised and efficient
- Have previous experience of diary management
