Personal Assistant
Venn Group is proud to partner with a leading independent school in central London to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to the Headteacher on a temporary basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional administrative and secretarial support at the heart of a dynamic school environment. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Headteacher’s office and supporting key functions across the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Headteacher, handling calls, visitors, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including diary management and preparation of termly calendars.
- Oversee admissions processes, maintain statutory registers, and liaise effectively with parents.
- Coordinate events and logistics, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Manage office systems, records, and petty cash, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and school policies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role within a fast-paced, confidential setting.
- Outstanding organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- A flexible approach and willingness to support occasional evening or weekend events.
Essential Requirement: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service.

- Location: Central London
- Contract: 3-month temporary assignment (potential for extension)
- Pay: £17–£20 per hour
- Hours: Full-time, on-site
