Personal Assistant
An internationally renowned Religious Institution is looking for an excellent Administration Assistant / PA to join their team to carry out administration duties for the smooth running a Religious Services Department.
Your duties will include:
- Preparation of service materials for use within the organisation
- Managing maintenance of office equipment
- Filing documents digitally
- Booking rooms and organising senior manager diaries
- Proof reading for orders of service
- Attend special service planning meetings and taking minutes
- Carrying out administration necessary for visitors
- Liaising with external partners in preparation of services (e.g. weddings)
- Performing any adhoc admin tasks e.g. diary entries
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- Excellent proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent ICT skills, particularly Microsoft Office, and digital file management
- Ability to work effectively on own initiative and as part of a small team
- Impeccable time and deadline management
- Experience in the production of high-quality printed materials
- Experience of simultaneously managing multiple projects
- An enhanced DBS or willingness to undertake one
