Job Title: Locum Planning Lawyer
Location: Home Counties
Rate: Up to £60 per hour Umbrella
Working Hours: Full Time, predominately remote working with occasional attendance for committee meetings every 3 weeks

Venn Group’s specialised legal team are in collaboration with a Council based in the Home Counties in the search for a Locum Planning Lawyer. This is a full-time position where you will be handling planning and inquests matters.

Duties may include:

• Handling planning, large-scale development matters
• Negotiating and drafting a range of legal documents including section 106 agreements and section 38 and 278 agreements
• Building relationships with the Organisation’s clients and partnerships to optimise the provision of legal services

This post is full time, (37 hours per week) predominately on a remote basis offering up to £60 per hour Umbrella.
