We are currently recruiting for a Plasterer for a large public sector organisation in Carlisle. The post holder will be responsible for teaching a small team of apprentices the practical skills and techniques within plastering.

Duties will include:

• Training a small team of apprentices
• 1 to 1 coaching of the practical elements in plastering
• Knowledge of tools and materials within the trade
• Offering guidance required to progress the team towards qualification

Essential skills/qualifications

• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in plastering
• A proven record experience within the trade
• Ability to teach necessary skills and techniques
