Venn Group is working with a highly reputable Housing Association in Teesside to recruit for a Multi-Skilled Plumber on a temporary ongoing basis. Overtime availability required.
As the successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties will include:
- Carrying out 1st& 2nd fix plumbing repairs
- Work on Tenanted Properties
- Fixing toilets, leaking taps
- Fitting sinks and showers
- Minor associated works including basic tiling and patch plastering
Essential Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum NVQ Level 3
- Social Housing Experience & experience using PDAs
- Full UK Driving licence
