Practice Manager

Venn Group are recruiting on behalf of a reputable private practice based in Somerset for a Practice Manager position. The firm are expanding due to growth and are looking to a welcome a successful applicant to oversee several different functions within the firm.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and updating policies with Directors and senior management
- Handling the recruitment, training, and onboarding of new employees to the firm
- Liaising with third party stakeholders and clients in relation to insurance, administration and health and safety
- Work directly with management team on operational decisions and strategic improvements
- Identify and manage changes and improvements on policies
- Manage budgets projects, personnel matters and queries
- Run the staff payroll each month
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous experience in a HR related position
- Be a personable, proactive team player
- Be an effective communicator
- Productively implement and execute policies and administrative tasks
- Work well within a team and be an effective project manger
- Can create and implement business cases, projects, and policies
- Good knowledge of performance management
- Have a reliable, dependable work ethic
