Interim Principle Fire Safety Surveyor   

Based in London

Length: 3 months initially

Inside IR35

Key Responsibilities include:

• Experience of leading safety within the facility management field
• Experience in risk prioritisation and hazard profiling in complicated organisations
• Effective presentation and training delivery
• Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and regulation for managing fire safety
• Proven leadership skills demonstrating ability in delivering effective compliance procedures and services
• Experience of setting up monitoring systems to assess risk
• Carry out inspections

Experience and knowledge required:

• Degree level fire safety management / fire engineering related or equivalent qualification (general practice or management)
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
• NEBOSH fire safety certificate FC1 / FC2 or similar qualifications
• Advanced Fire Safety and Fire Risk Assessment certificate

Desirable:

• Evidence of CDM competency or willingness to undertake a CDM qualification
