Senior Wills & Probate Fee Earner – Lincolnshire (Hybrid / Skegness Office)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time (part-time considered)
Experience: Minimum 4 years’ Wills & Probate experience
A respected, forward-thinking Lincolnshire law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Fee Earner to join their established private client team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal seeking real autonomy, flexibility, and long-term progression within a supportive, close-knit environment.
You’ll handle your own caseload of probate and complex wills work, including:
- Wills, Probate, and Estate Administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Court of Protection
- Trusts and Estate Planning
- Wealth Management and Inheritance Tax
You’ll be joining a progressive firm with a strong reputation across Lincolnshire, known for its quality of service and genuine focus on work-life balance. Hybrid working is available following probation, with flexible hours between 7am–7pm.
