Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and advising on wills, trusts, and estate administration.
- Providing comprehensive tax planning advice.
- Managing lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection work.
- Delivering tailored advice to high-net-worth individuals.
- Maintaining and developing client relationships to ensure a high level of client retention and referrals.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor or equivalent with 2+ years PQE in private client law.
- Demonstrable experience in handling a comprehensive range of private client matters.
- Strong technical knowledge in tax, trusts, and estates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an empathetic approach to client care.
- Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
