Job description:

We have a new opportunity for an experienced Private Client solicitor to join a niche private practice in Yorkshire and head up the department.

The position is something for an experienced Wills and Probate Lawyer who is looking to further their career by assisting in the development of a growing team.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing your own caseload and advising clients on all aspects of the law relating to Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney;
• Supervising and supporting team;
• Driving the development and growth of Private Client team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of private client case work and be STEP qualified. We are also looking for candidates with a degree of management experience and who are confident in their ability to lead a busy team.
