Venn Group are currently working alongside a leading Telecommunications Service provider to recruit for a Process Consultant. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key processes when designing and delivering the joint network circuits and core aggregation network.

Location: Remote/Occasional travel into regional hub

Duration: 6 months

Rate: £370.53 PAYE / £425 Umbrella

Job Responsibilities:

• Define, stress test and refine processes to ensure effective 2022 delivery targets are achieved

• These processes include E2E testing, CIN deployment, Synergy activity and In life support

• Ensure consistency of processes within the organisation and adhere to the process mapping tool

• Identify 3 or 4 key processes – e.g. end to end testing that needs work on and create the processes

• Bring 2 teams together to create a new service, all processes need to be proved in the next 3 months

• Test all new processes, this will include up to 750 sites

Essential Skills:

• Must have previously worked for a Telecommunication provider

• Previous experience liaising with multiple teams including finance to ensure budgets are in place

• Understand terminology and ways of working across teams and guiding on process planning

• Hands on project management experience ideally in transition

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate to stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to challenge theories and drive a plan forward
