An NHS organisation has integrated  local care record into a single system. The system has 18k users per month and needs  the transformation to be monitored and further improvements identified.

The post holder will act as a product specialist, leading the implementation and increasing the usage of an integrated Care Record. They will act as a link between the technology and users and report back on users feedback. They will support specific types of Projects, including data feed deployment, rollout of new functionality and be responsible for testing, investigating technical issues, development and embedment of central processes and standards, training materials and delivery of tailored end info and analysis

• Act as a product specialist for the Care Record
• Understand and apply knowledge of IT clincial systems
• Receive, analyse and interpret technical documentation
• Troubleshoot system issues
• Support projects to increase user engagement
• Compile and analyse monthly system utilisation reports and identify any issues or trends that require remedial action
• Oversee the authorisation and creation of user accounts
• Contribute to creation of training materials
