Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in London to recruit an Interim Project Coordinator to support on an Intranet Migration Project, from SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint Online.
They will be communicating the project and action plans, arranging meetings and workshops, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and other ad-hoc responsibilities.
This role will require weekly onsite attendance to the offices in London.
Responsibilities of the Interim Project Coordinator:
- Working with service areas to ensure they are prepared for content migration
- Coordinate with the supplier-side project and migration team
- Organise workshops with key stakeholders, including service leads and staff responsible for content, with the supplier
- Organising, agenda setting, report pack preparation and minutes/note taking of meetings
- Managing an action log: monitoring and ensuring targets/actions delivered; following up with partners on specific outputs
- Prioritising issues, actions, requests for response
- Managing multiple inboxes: appropriately sifting, responding to, actioning, or escalating
Required experience of the Interim Project Coordinator:
- Similar experience of Project or Programme coordinator, assistant, officer, or administrator roles
- Local government experience desirable but not essential
- Excellent stakeholder communications with stakeholders and partners
- Data/record management to provide live information
- Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel
- Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing set or actions and demands
