1. Job Title: Project Manager (homeworking – Dependant on COVID situation)
Venn Group are currently working with a public sector organisation in the North West to recruit a Project Manager on an initial 6 Month contracted job.
2. Job Specification:
The main duties are as follows:

Supporting the Senior Programme Lead and Associate Director of Programmes and Performance to develop and deliver programmes of improvement, which deliver consistent high quality results across member organisation

Working closely with the Senior Programme Lead and Associate Director of Programmes & Performance to develop new ideas, solutions and strategies for improving patient care and clinical outcomes

Manage projects and programmes within the Directorates portfolio, providing leadership and direction to ensure delivery on time and to desired quality
-
Provide advice, support and guidance to Junior Project Managers in the team

Manage key relationships within the area’s leading on maintaining effective and mutually supportive relationships with key partners being local authorities

Plan and execute engagement with stakeholders to understand the case for change, developing ways of working and implementing change

Providing project and change management expertise for the planning, execution and implementation of projects and programmes

Experience of systems that harness new technology and innovations

Experience of leading the production of Business Cases with recommendations and costings, project plans, risk logs, issues logs, milestones, resource requirements, training and communication plans
