Venn Group is working with a Local Authority in London to recruit a Project Manager to work as part of their Transformation Delivery team in leading high profile complex cross-cutting projects.
The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects specifically aligned to the Housing Repairs Service Improvement plan, which includes process improvements, low level structuring, and overall end-to-end service improvement of the Housing Repairs Service.
The Project Manager will lead on system development work, training, process and procedure improvements for the Housing Repairs Service.
The daily rate for the Project Manager role is up to £550 umbrella, inside IR35.
Hybrid working (1-2 days per week) is desirable; with attendance to the office in London.
Desired experience of the Project Manager:
- Experience of working in Local Authority or Housing organisations
- Knowledge of Repairs Service
- Track record in process or system improvement projects
- Knowledge of Housing and/or Repairs systems
