Venn Group is currently working with a large NHS organisation who are seeking a Project Manager to support a variety of Transformation programmes
Length: ASAP – March 2022
Rate: £197.27 base + 23.81 holiday pay = £221.08 PAYE or £246.90 umbrella
INSIDE IR35
Location: London
Remote working but may be occasional site meeting, based Central London
Duties:
Service Transformation
- Service Transformation: Looking at the Trust’s LD Service which is split across multiple boroughs
 - The Trust are splitting away from the Local Authorities so they are refining their services
 - Responsible for managing service improvement projects
 
Mobilisation or Demobilisation of a Children’s Service
- Project managing the service mobilisation or demobilisation of a Children's Service they currently hold the contract for
 - Mobilisation or Demobilisation will be dependent on whether they win or lose their tender – the results of which were due last week but have been pushed back, so still waiting on the outcome
 - If the Trust lose the tender and contract, the demobilisation will focus on the wind down of the Children’s service, inclusive of workforce, ward closures, services etc
 - If the contract and tender is won, the PM will support the changing of service specifications including changes to clinical pathways, new models of care
 - Will involve stakeholder engagement skills with clinical and operational staff
 - Responsible for updating project documentation and liaising with the General Manager of the Children’s Service
 - The General Manager will hold accountability for this project; the Project Manager will be responsible for keeping the project on course including updating documentation, risk and issue logs etc.
 
The successful candidate will:
- Hold direct NHS project management experience
 - Be able to liaise with multiple stakeholders to support collaborative working
