Venn Group are working with a Local Authority to recruit a Project Support Officer to work on the upgrade of a housing management system.
This role will require attendance to the office in London two to three times a week.
Daily rate: £300 umbrella - inside of IR35
Length: 3 months initial, with option to extend
The Project Support Officer will be responsible for maintaining and updating RAID log, scheduling meetings, maintaining project artefacts, engaging with technical teams and user groups, and supporting the creation of reports.
Desired Experience and Skills
- Experience of working in local authorities or similar organisations – Housing experience (desirable but not essential)
- Experience working with project management tools like MS Project
- Strong administrative skills, including scheduling and meetings (including Project Governance Board), setting agendas, maintaining risks, issues and meeting logs and minutes, and following up on meeting actions
