Property Investment Consultant
OTE in excess of £100,000 - Birmingham
Birmingham based Property Developer seeks dynamic sales professional to join their team as a Property Investment Consultant. This position offers uncapped commission and has excellent earning potential, with a basic salary of £30,000 and OTE expected to be in excess of £100,000.
The position will see you joining a successful sales team and generating property sales to buy to let investors. This will involve taking a consultative approach and advising clients on how best to achieve their financial goals through property investment.
Whilst a background in property is desirable, it is by no means a requirement for this position. What is key, is the ability to generate business, convert incoming leads and develop and manage B2B referral relationships.
The role is office based within Birmingham city centre and will involve liaising with existing and prospective clients over the phone and in person. You will be accountable for attracting new business via presentations, social media, and networking platforms and for account management of existing business.
This lucrative and exciting opportunity would be ideally suited to an ambitious and entrepreneurial individual with experience working in busy, competitive, high energy sales environments. The essential candidate criteria is outlined below:
- A self-starter with the ability to create and develop sales opportunities
- Successful track record of sales performance
- Full UK driving licence
