Property Legal Assistant – Initially 3 months – Full Time – Local Authority
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority, who are known for their excellent quality of work, who are recruiting for a Locum Property Legal Assistant to join their department.
This is a full-time assignment (36 hours), with the initial period 3 months and then a possibility to extend. This position is offering hybrid working with office presence 2 days per week.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Property Legal Assistant to become part of a hugely successful and progressive Local Authority.
Responsibilities will include using the IKEN Case Management System and having a caseload of both residential and commercial cases, including right to buy, conveyancing, planning etc.
The successful applicant will have a hard-working manner and progressive approach to legal services.
