Quality Assurance Lead - Childrens Social Care Sm4
Daily rate: £500 per day (Inside IR35)
Contract length: Until Jan 2026 initially
Start date: Immediately
Working arrangement: Flexible hybrid
Our client is looking for an experienced Lead for Quality Assurance who has experience with quality assurance and conference and review to provide short term sickness absence. This is a pivotal leadership role focused on driving high standards of practice, consistency, and service delivery through effective quality assurance and oversight of Conference & Review services.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
• Lead, inspire and develop multi-disciplinary teams in a complex social care environment
• Oversee Conference & Review services, ensuring professional challenge and consistency of practice
• Analyse performance data, identify themes and translate insights into service improvements
• Produce high-quality analytical and evaluative reports for senior leaders and key forums
• Champion the voice of children, families, and practitioners across all QA activity
• Bring extensive social work experience and strong understanding of statutory and safeguarding frameworks
