Re-settlement Support Worker Vacancy waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Associate and would like to introduce the following position available

Position:          Re-settlement Support Worker

Location:         Chester

Rate:                £11.68 p/hour PAYE Inc Holiday Pay,                       

Length:            3 months minimum (Temp to Perm)

Hours:              4 Days on 4 Days off 8am-8pm

The role will predominantly involve:

• Providing a comprehensive support to a varied client basis including Homeless, Mental Health issues, Substance abuse
• To complete risk assessments, incorporating safety planning, reviewing on a regular basis
• Working with customers to create support plans to achieve positive outcomes
• Collaborating with external agencies and internal colleagues 
• Helping customers with budgeting,  nutrition, health care, employment opportunities and life skills
• Working with safeguarding protocols 

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role to the above, an Enhanced DBS, and be able to start at short notice
