Reactive Repairs Coordinator role available

Location:                     Cambridge

Hours:                         37.5 hours a week, Mon – Fri

Length:                        6 months, temporary ongoing

Work Pattern:            Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in the office

Main responsibilities of the role:

• Responsible for taking and dealing with reactive helpdesk calls and passing on works as directed by the appropriate Service Manager
• Distribute work orders to contractors, input invoices, highlight immediate action recommended on engineers’ reports to the Service Manager
• Ensure maintenance activities deliver the required certification and are completed promptly and effectively
• Maintain and analyse accurate and complete data relating to assets, maintenance and adherence to legislation and policies
• Provide information to ensure suppliers invoices match the service received and suppliers are paid in a timely manner, ensuring value for money
• Responsible for a number of fleet activities including vehicle recalls, licence checks, fuel cards, trackers, driver training records, insurance claims, insurance and asset updates, distribution of insurance documents, driver safety updates, respond to FoI requests, asset register updates for all EM fleet, trailers and plant
• Update all CAFM records correctly to ensure compliance records are reportable and inconsistencies identifiable
