Reception & Administration Coordinator - Temporary
Location: Watford
Contract: Temporary
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Hourly rate: £16-18
This role is responsible for leading an efficient and high-quality reception and administration team. Our client aims to provide a first class, welcoming and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to the reception, admin and night security support team, including performance management and performance review process.
- Be responsible for the integrity of all transactions and cash handling in reception
- Ensure the efficient receipt and distribution of post and correspondence, general administration duties for the teams
- Maintain and update software and records including production of weekly and monthly reports and statistics
- Ensure that all administration needs are met to a high standard.
- Ensure adequate staff cover is always maintained including rotas and cover arrangements
Requirements:
- Experience in administration from within a busy reception or customer service environment
- Able to lead, develop and monitor a diverse staff team
- Ideally have an enhanced DBS certificate from the last 3 years or willing to apply for a new one.
