Venn Group are working with a large Private Healthcare organisation who are looking for a Receptionist to join their team on an interim basis.
The role will be based in Central London and will pay £10.33 an hour (PAYE inlusive of holiday pay). This will be a 1 month contract initially, looking to start ASAP and extend dependent on service requirements.
To be considered for this role you will have to be immediately available and be able to provide 3 years of work/education references.
Duties include:
- Taking temperaturees of patients/clicnets on arrival
- Answering the main switchboard
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Booking patients into the relevant clinics on the telephone
- Scanning all clinical letters
- Registering all new patients
Previous Receptionist experience is essential and it would be desirable if you had previous healthcare experience.
