Receptionist
An excellent Charity that look to improve rights for Women and tackle domestic violence are looking for an experienced Receptionist to manage the day to day Head Office on a contract basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls and email enquiries in a welcoming and professional manner
- Relay incoming call messages onto staff members
- Address general enquiries from agencies, service users and women fleeing domestic Violence following office procedures
- Greet visitors, including occasional drop in visits from service users
- Manage the Company general email account and forwarding messages to relevant staff
- Arrange taxis and couriers when needed and assist in movement between sites
- Support the meeting room and desk booking management at Head Office
- Issue ID badges to new staff and update badges for existing staff
- Maintain current information on Head Office notice boards
Person Specification:
- Must have at least 2 years working in a similar Receptionist type role
- Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Must have had a basic DBS completed in the last 12 months
Rate: £13-£15 per hour
Length: 1 month rolling with high chance to extend
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days per week in Office
