Recruitment Administrator
Venn Group's specialist HR division are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment administrator within a well establish public sector organisation in Sheffield. The post holder must have strong communication skills and be comfortable with communicating with senior staff and external bodies.
The successful candidate will have experience providing a high quality of administrative and audio typing support for line managers.
Your duties will include:
- Manage vacancies and application using internal systems
- Prepare and issue contracts of employment and associated documents for new staff
- To undertake general office administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying and laminating documentation, client file preparation, taking accurate messages for clinical staff, organising meetings, sorting and collection of mail
- To be comfortable with 360 recruiting
- To train new staff members and current staff members on internal systems
