Social Media Recruitment Assistant

Venn Group are currently working alongside an NHS Trust based in Hampshire to recruit for a Social Media Recruitment Assistant to support the Recruitment Manager and Head of Employee Resourcing to develop and deliver the recruitment using social media for the Trust.
Rate:£16.24 - £18.56 per hour
Location:Hampshire
Duration:3 Months
Job responsibilities:

Utilise social media channels and platforms to advertise roles at the Trust

To lead on identifying recruitment events through researching beneficial events and to project manage attendance at specific events

Provide support and advice to hiring managers on attraction strategies and appropriate advertising

Manage own recruitment campaign, ensuring consistency and quality assurance is adhered to, whilst meeting all agreed KPIs

Ensure compliance with the Trust’s recruitment process, including NHS Employers Checking Standards and CQC recommendations
The ideal candidate will have:

Very good understanding of using social media platforms including but not limited to, Instgram, Snapchat, Tiktok, Facebook and LinkedIn

The ability to translate recruitment information onto social media and build creative campaigns to communicate them externally

Previous experience with recruitment
