About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Recruitment Advisor to join a HR team in Burton upon Trent. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment processes and provide vital support to the organization. You'll have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, enjoying the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Providing essential administrative support to streamline recruitment processes.
- Business Support: Assisting various departments with their recruitment needs and offering guidance on best practices.
- Playing a crucial role in the implementation of our new recruitment system by conducting necessary checks and ensuring smooth integration
- Onboarding and Offboarding: Managing the onboarding process for new hires and handling the offboarding process for departing employees.
- Referencing: Conducting thorough referencing checks to ensure the suitability of candidates.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is desirable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
