A nationally recognised Educational Charity are looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Projects Manager. The post holder will collaborate with Hiring managers to ensure that the Applicant Tracking System delivers an efficient and effective recruitment process.
Your duties will include:
- Support the Recruitment and Onboarding Management with managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Lead recruitment campaigns and advising on effective sourcing options and selection methods
- Manage all aspects of recruitment administration and ensure accuracy and compliance at all times
- Manage all aspects of on-boarding and collaborate with HR Operations team to ensure all new starters have been uploaded onto HR database and payroll
- Design efficient operation of ATS links with relevant job boards, electronic right-to-work check providers and other third parties
- Support with various operational and recruitment projects as assigned
The successful candidate MUST HAVE:
- At least level 5 CIPD qualification
- Experienced in developing user manual and training hiring managers collaborating to embedding the new recruitment ATS
- Strong recruitment background with some generalist HR knowledge
- Experienced in working with a wide variety of job boards and professional social sites and other recruitment marketing media
