Market leading recruitment consultancy seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join their hugely successful Legal division as part of continued growth in their Birmingham Office.
In this role, you will build relationships with Solicitors, Partners, Fee Earners, HR and law firm Practice Managers, to help them obtain new positions and also to recruit people for their teams.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant is fast paced, varied and rewarding. Personality, confidence, self-motivation and resilience are key requirements for the role. Good written and communication skills are a must.
Experience in business-development and sales is essential for this role. Applications will be considered from individuals with at least two years’ experience in a corporate or legal environment, or at least one years’ experience in professional services recruitment. Individuals seeking a change in career are welcome.
Candidates who do not meet the required level of experience may also be considered for a separate Resourcer vacancy within the team.
Knowledge of the legal industry is advantageous but detailed training will be provided.
The basic salary is competitive, on top of which you will earn team and individual commission, as well as regular pay rises that are based on individual performance.
