Recruitment Consultant – Public Sector Legal Team

Location: Birmingham (Modern central office, short walk from New Street and Snow Hill Station)
Salary: £23,500–£30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Uncapped Commission

About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work as part of an established team specialising in sourcing legal professionals for Local Authorities, Charities, Universities and the NHS.

More than just a sales role, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting the right talent to the right opportunities which make a real difference in our community.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly motivated team players who thrive on success, personal development, and career progression.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an eye for detail.
• Confidence to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, so ideally knowing how to multi-task!
• Ideally 1-2 years of full-time employment experience in a professional environment or within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and developing relationships with clients and candidates.
• Advertising roles and sourcing suitable candidates via databases and media.
• Managing the full recruitment process, from interviews to placements.
• Offering guidance on salaries, career progression, and market trends.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding placement targets.
