Job description: An NHS Trust in West Yorkshire are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Manager to join their team on an interim basis for 3 months initially (with the possibility to extend). This is a fulltime role, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Being the Trust’s recruitment specialist and to take the lead on delivering new approaches to recruitment
- Lead on the planning, design and delivery of large selection assessment centres
- Provide effective leadership and management to the Recruitment Team
- Lead on international recruitment and establish networks with local universities, colleges and other third party partners
Desirable/Essential Skills
- Experience of developing recruitment strategies and solutions for a wide variety of jobs
- Experience of working in and leading a recruitment service / function / agency
- Previous experience within the NHS is essential
