Remote working Senior Recruitment Advisor
A position has arisen for a Senior Recruitment Advisor within a highly regarded healthcare organisation situated within Hertfordshire. The position is a 6-month temporary to permanant contract with full time hours and remote working.
Location: Hertfordshire (Remote Working)
Contract: 6 months temp to perm
Salary: £17.95 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
Hours: 37.5, Monday to Friday
Your duties will include:
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with all relevant stakeholders and external recruitment agencies and job board providers
- Providing advice and solutions to both hiring managers and candidates on all aspects of the recruitment process
- Managing the recruitment email inbox ensuring all applicants are acknowledged and notified of recruitment outcomes and general enquires answered
- Screening CV’s and cover letters as part of the longlist and conducting initial interviews to assess the qualifications, skills and experience of the candidates
- Offering a range of recruitment services to managers as required including advice and guidance on designing the role, its job description and person specification sourcing an appropriate range of candidates internally and externally
- Maintaining trackers to ensure accurate recording of recruitment and resourcing activity
- Providing advice and guidance on appropriate recruitment attraction methods and supporting the implementation, coordination and development of recruitment open days/fairs, assessment days/evenings and support their delivery
- Developing recruiting plans that leverage appropriate strategies to enable the business to recruit for immediate needs while also building long-term talent pipelines, ensuring strategies are fit for purpose, efficient, and provide candidates with a positive experience
- Delegate suitable tasks to the Recruitment Administrator
- Liaise directly with candidates and the interviewing panel to schedule online and in person interviews
The successful candidate should have:
- Excellent communications skills including writing, data entry and telephone etiquette
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and to their own initiative
- The ability to problem solve
- The skills to maintain links with team members when off site and keep them updated as appropriate
- Experience of taking formal minutes
- Understanding and knowledge of data management and validation
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders over the telephone
- Significant demonstrable experience of using Microsoft Office Applications, Microsoft Windows, Email and the Internet
