Interim Recruitment Team Leader
Our client based in Cornwall is looking for a Recruitment Team Leader to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 3-month contract.

Hourly Rate: up to£19.64 via Umbrella Company
Day-to-Day Duties:
- Responsible for the first line management of the Recruitment team and service
- Monitor the performance of and support the Recruitment Team to ensure quality is maintained
- Monitor and maintain all aspects of compliance for team members, including Performance and Development Reviews Mandatory training and professional qualifications
- Assist in setting, monitoring and maintaining agreed quality standards
- Provide support and training for team’s member’s development in line with objectives
- Supervise and ensure that accurate records are maintained on relevant systems and databases
- Responsible for the management and development of information systems that underpin the Recruitment service
- Responsible for accuracy, streamlining and maintenance of robust processes / data and procedures in the team, ensuring that processes are updated maximising safety and operational efficiency whilst reducing financial cost
- Responsibility for improvements in Key Performance Indicators relative to the service
- Work in partnership with personnel at all levels, internal and external
- Work in partnership with operational staff to maintain a flexible recruitment and attraction experience to meet the needs of patients using real time patient acuity and dependency
- Take a proactive approach to attraction, recruitment and substantive staffing challenges
- Work with Groups and Divisions to plan regular recruitment campaigns, promotional projects and interview dates for all staff groups
- Attend and act as a panel member for interviewing as appropriate
- Maintain up to date agreements and policies with stakeholders
- Work with procurement to supervise the implementation of new contracts or updates with external purchasers.
- Monitor and ensure mandatory training / skills and competencies for all Recruitment staff are maintained
- Work with ER to manage complaints/ feedback regarding applicants
- Maintain daily review meetings and regular team meetings to update include and innovate team members
Essential Skills:
- Degree level education or equivalent relevant experience
- Supervisory/management experience
- Experience of planning, organising and scheduling activities of self and team in pressurised working environment with changing priorities
