An exciting opportunity has arisen within a well-established Charity for a Registered Manager for services with clients who have Complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience who is willing to lead a team and make a difference.

Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 per week, Monday - Friday

Location: Kent

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management of two specialist single occupancy learning disabilities services
• Manage a teams which include Support staff and 2 x Deputies
• Ensure that compliance with organisational, legal regulations and those of the local authority are adhered to and the quality of support is of the highest standard possible
• Adopt active support to reinforce the PBS model through coaching and leadership, ensuring all staff are competent and confident
• Ensure all services are effectively managed to deliver excellent support to all customers
• Carry out support assessments of complex needs referrals
• Lead on improvement action plans following quality audits and inspections
• Effective management of any safeguarding incidents and appropriate escalation of any emerging risks
• Work in partnership with all stakeholders, promoting a positive working relationship
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures across area of responsibility

• Essential Requirements:
• Experience of line managing a team in a similar environment       
• Demonstrate a good knowledge of processes involved in running a service
• An Enhanced DBS with the Adults list checked or willingness to obtain a new one
