Rent and Service Charge Analyst

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association based in London, who are looking to recruit a Rent and Service Charge Analyst to start as soon as possible.

Job Title: Rent and Service Charge Analyst
Location: London
Hourly rate: £20-24 per hour
Hours: Full time
Contract: 3 months initial – with permanent available
Duties:

• Reconciliate rent-related control accounts
• Prepare rent arears reports and issue quarterly statements to customers
• Prepare service charge calculations
• Update rent and service charge records
• Assist in the annual rent and service charge budget setting process
• Respond to audit queries and assist with the preparation of supporting documentation

Systems / Qualifications:  

• Excel Spreadsheets
• Qualified or actively studying AAT
