**New Opportunity – Rent & Service Charge Officer**

Venn Group are working with a Housing Association, who are looking to recruit a Rent & Service Charge Officer to start as soon as possible.

The successful Rent & Service Charge Officer will be joining a dynamic and growing organisation, who take pride in staff development and retention.

Title:  Rent & Service Charge Officer
Location: London
Salary: £38,000 pa
Hours: Full time
Contract: 6 months  
Duties:

• Take responsibility for rent and service charge accounting
• Prepare and review monthly reconciliations
• Work collaboratively with budget holders during the annual rent and service charge setting process
• Deal with queries and complaints

Systems / Qualifications:  

• Housing experience is preferrable
• Excel Spreadsheets
