Rent and Service Charge Officer

Venn Group are currently partnered with a Housing Association based in Surrey who are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Rent and Service Charge Officer to join their team.  

Job title:           Rent and Service Charge Officer

Location:          Surrey

Contract:          Part time (30 hours per week)

Salary:             £32,000 - £34,000 (pro rata)

Role:

• Manage Rents and Service Charge accounts
• Calculate charges, manage rent statements and monitor payments
• Ensure accurate and timely rent collections

Experience:

• Experience working within Social Housing
• Systems – Pyramid
• Stakeholder management
