Venn Group has been approached by a leading housing association in Preston to recruit for an Repairs Administration Assistant on a temporary basis.
As a successful candidate you will have experience working in a similar role.
The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:
- Updating and maintaining databases and customer records
- Assisting Planning team in day-to-day supervision of responsive repairs and compliance legislation with the ability to confirm and arrange appointments at the first point of contact
- Liaising with internal and external teams
- Raising requisitions, processing invoices, resolving queries, prebills and running financial reports, updating records, across all work programs
- Microsoft office package including Word, Outlook and Excel
Essential experience / skills:
-Dealing with high volume of calls
Desirable experience / skills:
-NVQ in Business Administration
