Fixed Term Repairs Planner Role

A position has arisen for a Repairs Planner within a leading contractor based in Cheshire. This is a key role on a 12 month fixed term basis. It is paying £24,411 per annum
The successful candidate must have experience in Housing Associations
Your duties will include:
Responsible for making outbound calls to both tenants and operatives to book in repairs
Managing the diaries and booking in priority work, also rescheduling or changing round any work when operatives are not in
Working within a fast paced team
Using DRS and QL systems to schedule in work and customer management
The successful candidate should have:
Experience in repairs planning within a social housing client
This would be an ideal role for an accurate and hands on candidate who is ready to hit the ground running and add value to a team.
