A housing associaition in Stockport has approached us to recruit for a Repairs Planner on a long term temporary ongoing position.
The successful candidate must have experience working in a similar role.
Your duties will include:
- Schedule repairs for variety of trade operatives
- Track repairs orders
- Liaise with in house repairs team
- Manage operative diaries
- Book in repairs with tenants
Essential requirements:
- Social Housing experience
- Ability to hit the ground running
