Repairs Planner / Scheduler

Job Title: Repairs Scheduler

Venn Group has been approached by a social housing provider in the Greater Manchester to recruit for a Repairs Planner on a 12 month temporary ongoing contract.

The day to day duties will include:

- Coordinate the day to day activities of the internal trade operatives and sub-contractors

- Liaise with supervisors, trades & other internal customer service teams

- Raise and schedule work orders to process repair requests for each operative to attend the appropriate job

- Liaise with tenants to book in appointments
