Role Essentials:
- Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters with precision and care
- Provide expert legal advice on property sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to facilitate smooth transactions
- Maintain meticulous records and manage all aspects of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
Skills & Experience:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or equivalent with a solid background in residential conveyancing
- Proven track record of handling conveyancing cases independently
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage effectively with clients and professionals
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
