Our Client, a well-established firm based in Reading is seeking an experience residential conveyancing locum to assist them for initially 2 weeks.
As with many of our clients at the moment, the residential conveyancing department is very busy and thus will require someone comfortable working on a high volume of files.
The successful candidate will be working with a small, very personable conveyancing team on a variety of matters including:
Sales & Purchases
Help to buy
New build
An office presence is required and the role is full-time.
The hourly rate is very competetive and this is an exciting role, in a very challenging in turbulent market.
