Rate: Dependent on Experience (Outside IR35)

An established law firm are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Locum to support their North Yorkshire office while they recruit for a permanent team member. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, high-street firm with strong local ties.

Key Details:

• Assignment Length: 3 months
• Working Hours: 3 – 5 days per week
• Working Arrangement: Office-based (on-site presence required)
• Duties: Managing a full Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Residential Conveyancing
• Ability to manage a busy caseload independently
• Available on a short notice
• Willingness to work on-site
