Interim Resourcing Advisor Immediately Required
Our client, a well-respected organisation in the education sector based in Bournemouth, are looking for a Senior Employee Relations Advisor to come on board on a temporary basis for an initial 3 month contract with the opportunity to go permanent to undertake a key strategic and operational role in the attraction, selection and acquisition of the right people and teams to deliver the 2025 outcomes.
Location: Bournemouth (Hybrid Remote)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Length of Contract: 6 Months (Temp to Perm)
Hourly Rate: £15.84 - £20.10 via Umbrella (£31k - £39k Salary DOE)

Day to Day Duties:
- Oversee the operationalisation of the companies approach to recruitment and resourcing; ensure that the teams provide strategic, legally compliant and pragmatic advice to staff at all levels of the organisation to ensure alignment with the Workforce Plan
- Introduce new and innovative strategies for attracting key talent and to build the pipeline for current and future needs
- Provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers on all recruitment related matters including vacancy management
- Play a lead role in the development of our approach to attracting diverse teams of talented people with a Fusion mind-set so that we have the capability and capacity to deliver 2025 outcomes. This includes working in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Team to create and maintain a successful employer brand that fully utilises digital platforms and social media
- Ensure that inclusivity and diversity is fully embedded throughout the recruitment and employee life cycle activities. This will include outreach work in order. to develop relationships with Local community groups, government agencies and other innovative activity to promote the University as an employer of choice across the range of diverse communities, locally, nationally and internationally
- Play an important role in the design and implementation of a new e-recruitment solution
- Produce tools and materials to equip managers with the skills to improve the recruitment process both in terms of candidate experience but also the accuracy of the recruitment process, to ensure that we appoint the best people, who will embody our values
- Develop and lead a proactive resourcing model with streamlined and automated processes, to attract and secure excellent candidates in a global market. You will be the companies expert on all resourcing, horizon scanning for future trends and creating a strong employer brand
- Ensure that the overarching resourcing strategy and approach evolves to support and promote the companies developing workforce plans, both in terms of diversity of applicants and flexibility around agile working
