Location: Predominately Remote (Occasional Travel to Cornwall)
Contract Type: 12 months FTC
Hours: 37.5 hours (Mon-Fri)
Rate: £50k- £57kBand 8A Agenda for Change Payscales

Responsibilities include:
- Develops and maintains strong and influential working relationships with designated service areas, managers, staff and union representatives and through this relationship management, drives to deliver a challenging agenda when stakeholders may be distracted by different priorities
- As an effective team player, works as part of the Workforce Efficiencies programme to communicate and drive forward resourcing solutions to complex problems and to influence others at all levels to make changes and improvements
- Anticipates and handles potential people and cultural blockers to change with sensitivity, integrity and emotional intelligence
- Engages productively with all staff groups to realise the maximum efficiency and benefits to achieve the sustainable resource demand
- Handles highly complex problems/complaints that may relate to terms and conditions of employment, redeployment, workforce development strategies and employee relations in a manner that is sensitive to the needs of the individual understanding the situation may be contentious and highly emotive
- Comfortable working collaboratively with internal and external partners to bring about shared solutions and strategies for a future fit workforce
Essential Skills:
- Experience managing recruitment functions in the NHS
