Venn Group would like to introduce the following Retirement Living Assistant positions available in Liverpool
Position: Retirement Living Assistant
Location: Liverpool
Length: End May
Hours: 37 hours p/week
Rate: £11.77 p/hour (Umbrella rate)
The role will predominantly involve:
- Acting as an initial point of reference on the phone or in a reception area as required
- Assisting in the provision of comprehensive sheltered housing including working with tenancy agreements
- Carrying out day to day office administration functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained and held securely and that the confidentiality of information is upheld
- Reporting repairs and maintenance needs on behalf of the customer following agreed procedures
- Assisting in the monitoring and delivering service contracts at the scheme including lifts, heating, fire equipment, gardening
- Working in line with, monitoring and reporting any discrepancies in health and safety standards within schemes
- Ensuring that the companies Health and Safety policy is fully implemented at the scheme, ensuring customers are aware of the provision of security at the scheme at all times
The successful candidate must have experience of working within a similar role and has an Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months and must be available to start from next week
